Delivery
Delivery will be made to the address specified by you on the completed order form. We aim to deliver your order as soon as possible and try to have your order delivered to you within four business days of your accepted order.
At this time we do not ship to customers outside of the United States.
We request you to have your place of work or where someone is guaranteed to be available to sign, as your delivery address. The reason for this is that we require an authorised signature upon receipt of your goods.
If for any reason some goods are out of stock or for any reason beyond our reasonable control, we are unable to supply a particular item we will not be liable to you.

By completing and submitting the electronic order form on the site you are making an offer to purchase goods which, if accepted by us, will result in a binding contract. There will be no contract of any kind between you and us unless and until we actually dispatch the goods to you. Your order is an offer to buy from us. Out of Stock Situation
If we are out of stock and unable to fulfil your entire order we will contact you to verify if you require a substitute or a deduction on your invoice. We can always hold your order until we obtain more stock, or we can process the order without the out of stock item. Whichever you choose the minimum value for free delivery will be the final price of the order which must fit into the categories above.
Returns
We hope you will be happy with your purchase. However, should you feel it necessary to return a non-perishable item, we aim to make the returns process as simple as possible.
